**Free Cancellation:**
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
**Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Check-In:**
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the guest will not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps our accommodation partners manage their reservations efficiently and keep their rooms available for guests who intend to stay.
-**No-Show Policy:**
In the case of a no-show, where the guest does not check in on the arrival date without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
**Refund Processing:**
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days after the cancellation request has been made. Please note that the time frame for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
-**Modification of Bookings:**
If you need to modify your booking (change dates, type of accommodation, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. If the modifications are made more than 14 days before your scheduled check-in, they will not affect your eligibility for a full refund should you choose to cancel your booking after the modifications.
**Exceptions:**
In certain cases, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to offer more flexibility with our cancellation and refund policy.
