 Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services for your accommodation needs. We understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important. Please review our refund policy below to understand how cancellations and refunds are processed. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:  

**Free Cancellation:**

Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 28 days before the check-in date. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

 **Cancellations Made Within 28 Days of Check-In:**

For cancellations made less than 28 days before the check-in date, the guest will not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps our accommodation partners manage their reservations efficiently and keep their rooms available for guests who intend to stay.

-**No-Show Policy:**

In the case of a no-show, where the guest does not check in on the arrival date, no refund will be issued. 

**Refund Processing:**

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days after the cancellation request has been made. Please note that the time frame for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

-**Modification of Bookings:**

If you need to modify your booking (change dates, type of accommodation, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Modifications can only be made 28 days before your scheduled check-in, after that we are unable to make any changes to your booking.
